Our Story & Purpose
The Montana Colors brand was born in Barcelona in 1994, founded by Jordi Rubio, with the ambition of supporting graffiti and street art culture through high-quality, affordable materials. After growing globally to over 60 countries, MTN Australia was established in 2017 to bring that same culture, innovation and support directly to Australian soil. Currently Michael Scherzer leads our Sydney operations, overseeing a lean but passionate team that collaborates closely with headquarters in Spain - empowering artists to create their vision.
What We Do & Why It Matters
We supply the full suite of MTN’s signature aerosol paints — including our classic MTN 94, and Hardcore ranges as well as the environmentally friendly Water Based 400, plus our WEPRO specialty range where we offer all our automotive and DIY range. Whether you’re painting walls, cars, furniture or crafts, our product line is built to deliver consistency, quality, colour, coverage, and performance - each of our many product pages provide full product details allowing artists to select the product that best suits their needs, whether that be seeking a liquid metallic paint, or something as simple as a matte finish, we aim to supply the artist with whatever tools they need to create. Because we maintain a local warehouse in Sydney stocked with tens of thousands of cans, we can dispatch orders quickly across the country, combined with our exceptional customer service, we aim to provide unparalleled and professional quality at a reasonable cost.
